Returns & Refunds

We take great care in creating each custom piece and want you to truly love your order.
Because every item is personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us — if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

✔A clear photo of the product
✔A photo of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, and where a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued.

Personalised Items

As each piece is custom-made from your photo, we cannot accept returns for:
✔Change of mind
✔Incorrect photo selection
✔Minor variations in colour or cropping
✔Small air bubbles or subtle marks inherent to handmade resin

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the handmade nature of our products.
These are considered normal characteristics of handcrafted products.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, production may have already begun.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays once the parcel has been dispatched.
