How long does it take to make my custom grip?
Each grip is handmade to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
Can I use it without MagSafe?
Yes! A magnetic sticker is included, allowing you to use the grip on non-MagSafe phones and cases.
What kind of photo should I upload?
For the best results, choose a clear, bright, close-up photo.
If you're unsure, you're welcome to upload a few — we’ll select the one that works best.
Will my grip look exactly like the photo?
We carefully craft each design to reflect your photo as accurately as possible.
However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, cropping, and the handmade process.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As production begins quickly, we may not be able to make changes once your order has started.
If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Australia.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because each item is personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will happily offer a replacement or refund.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
