By accessing this website and placing an order with Cherique Studio, you agree to the following terms.

All products are personalised and made to order. By submitting your photo, you confirm that you have the right to use the image and grant us permission to create a custom product from it.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, positioning, or finish may occur. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics.

Order Changes & Cancellations  
Orders may only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun.

Pricing  
All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability  
Cherique Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products.
