All items are personalised and handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping Within Australia  
We proudly offer free standard shipping across Australia.

New Zealand Shipping  
We currently ship to New Zealand. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times  
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are not responsible for shipping delays.

Tracking  
All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
